After a life changing experience meeting the Dinka people on a food aid drop in the dusty plains of Sudan, Sonia was compelled to capture the fortitude and endurance she saw in the faces of these giant men. The original painting is portrayed in watercolour on canvas and sealed with wax to preserve it forever.
